Shipping And Refund Policy

SHIPPING

Postage varies based on the delivery address. We will not post to a PO Box. We aim to dispatch your items within one to five business days of payment authorisation.
We use:
Australia: Australia Post
International Standard: DHL Global Mail
 Customers are responsible for costs for re-delivery if delivery is not accepted or incorrect address has been provided.
 On dispatch you will be issued with a tracking number. Please use this to see status of delivery. Once dispatched, we will accept no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of package.

 AUSTRALIA

All Australian orders are posted Express with Australia Post except for small items under 250g which will be posted regular post. Delivery times are 1 business day for metro addresses from date of dispatch if located in the Australia Post Express Network. Postage for Australian orders will in in Australian Dollars

 Free Shipping is available for orders over $250 Australia dollars after all discounts are applied.

500g – 1kg $15

INTERNATIONAL

We will ship internationally to all countries. Shipping is based on the address entered at the checkout. The shipping costs do not include any extra customs duties or taxes charged by country of destination and are hence the responsibility of the Customer.

Free Shipping is available for orders over $200 US dollars after all discounts are applied.

The shipping costs for international orders will be in Australian dollars. 

International Shipping will be:

Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Imhi2 Entertainment Pty Ltd. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held at customs may take longer.

 

Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at SAFE Clothing!

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do.

If for any reason your purchase isn't suitable we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund under the terms listed below.

- Unused and/or unworn clothing and accessories may be returned with original receipt for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. After this time, items that are faulty or deemed to have a manufacturing fault, will be refunded or exchanged for up to 90 days from purchase once provided with an original receipt.

- Refunds will be done via the original purchase tender type. Direct deposit will be returned to your nominated bank account and credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used.

- No refunds or exchanges will be given on underwear, including but not limited to - ladies undies, socks and hats due to hygiene reasons.

- Sale items are subject to the same returns policy unless otherwise stated during the sale.

All return costs of the item/s are to be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
